Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Analyst for a 10 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a candidate to support pharma technical operations in global engineering with introduction of cloud based software in the area of portfolio and project management. -You are responsible for
-Analysing business scenarios that may potentially be solved by implementation of automated systems and/or modifications to business processes
-Providing expertise in identification, evaluation, design, development, and deployment of systems and/or processes
-Playing key role in delivery of solutions that are cost effective, sustainable, and meet business requirements
-documentation of User Requirements, Process flow diagrams, Functional and/or technical specifications, Training documentation and/or work instructions
-configuring system settings
-Providing consultation to customers regarding enhancement/improvement of current solutions and implementation of new solutions - both systems and processes
-Facilitating and/or supporting customers in UAT planning and execution
-Participating in and advising roadmap discussions; key member of vendor assessment teams
-Driving resolution of business or systems issues
Requirements
-+8 years of experience as Business Analyst
-+8 years of experience with portfolio and project management
-Fluent in English and German
-Knowledge of Planisware
