Business Analyst

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Business Analyst/Requirement Engineer

Start date: Asap

Duration: 12 months

Location: Zurich

Must skills:

- 3 or more years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects within the banking or finance industry
- fluent written and spoken English
- strong analytical problem solving skills
- comfortable working with complex, mathematical rating model formulas
- soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore Resources, Testers etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong database and SQL skills required
- Credit Risk knowledge or strong willingness to learn about it would be very beneficial
- Open-minded and highly flexible team-player with the motivation to contribute to improvements and to become acquainted with different challenges in an interesting environment

Advantageous skills:

- data warehouse knowledge
- experience in international projects
- business engineering education and/or certificate
- German language knowledge

More generally, the BA will provide support regarding data used and produced by the calculation engines to other work streams within the Program

- Creation and maintenance of Data catalogues
- Creation of business rules document
- Creation of data Business Requirements documents
