Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
•Able to collect, challenge, prioritize, manage and validate business requirements in conjunction with the different stakeholders
•Able to manage the business requirements within the timeline, the budget and the quality of the project
•Able to steer workshop in order to collect business requirement with all parties
•Able to manage the complexity related to business issues
•Able to communicate with all type of parties and to motivate them
•Able to focus on quick wins
•Able to collaborate with business process stakeholder
•Able to identify the business rule for the as is and the to be
•Able to design use case in order to steer/collaborate to test process
•Able to manage the scope in order to avoid scope creep
•Able to identify non-functional performance criteria, availability and reliability

Technical skills:
•Consider the customer as the activities driver
•Communication skills (empathy and active listening), conviction and negotiation towards different stakeholders (technical, non-technical, management, business ....).
•Able to lobby and develop and maintain the networking
•Being able to quickly integrate the dynamics of business.
•Being able to integrate into the financial components solutions (BC, ROI, TCO ...) High level
•Risk aware and risk mitigation oriented
•IT literate
•Quality focused
•bilingual (French/Dutch) Good knowledge of Dutch sufficient
•Master degree holder
•Experience in Business analyst in a multi organizational/cultural environment
