The Application Delivery (AD) within the WM IT is accountable and responsible for project deliveries in favour of our Business Partners. AD ensures efficiency and quality of delivery - right skills at the right place -, establish methodologies, processes and tools into the organization.
As a Business Analyst in the investment advisory area, you will be engaged with finding solutions to business problems, the analysis of current processes and functionalities as well as with the generation of new business specifications.
During the development phases you will work closely together with your colleagues of the application development department. Test-cases will be mainly generated and executed by the dedicated test-team, based on the acceptance criteria you have been defined. Furthermore you develop subject matter expertise (SME) on the application and surrounding business processes.
Working closely with business representatives, this role is a very exciting and diversified opportunity for an experienced professional. You are expected to be well versed in business analysis and willing to go into a deep level of detail while still entertaining the big picture view.
Additionally, you ideally fulfil the following requirements:
* 3+years of experience as Business Analyst/Front Office
* Experience in Financial Services industry, especially profiling, client data
* Experience with Front End processing/functionality
* Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working
* UML: such as Use Cases, Activity Diagrams
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception
* High awareness of quality and deadlines
* A (very) good command of German and English
Additionally, you ideally fulfil the following requirements:
*certification as BA (eg IREB CPRE);
*knowledge of computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect.
