KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The project comprises the following main tasks for the relevant work stream:
- Support the relevant stakeholders in developing and implementing the regulatory requirements in scope; responsibilities can range from
- Developing and defining test steps and test cases
- Perform testing
- adequately documenting business requirements
- handling of reviews and incorporating feedbacks from business, as well as IT stakeholders
- Collaboration with stakeholders like representatives from Private Banking, Investment Banking, Finance, Risk Management and Information Technology
- High management attention in an international environment Embedded in a team of professionals obtaining a variety of backgrounds
- Working on regulatory-related topics that are shaping the future of the financial industry
- Broad exposure across the bank and development opportunities
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Essential
Relevant work experience in business analysis and software testing, ideally from a business perspective
Risk and/or finance reporting knowledge preferably from banking environment
Data reconciliation experience
Team player with strong analytical, conceptual, delivery-oriented and hands-on work style
Strong interpersonal skills that enable building effective working relationships across different cultures
Experienced user of MS Office toolset, especially Excel
English written and verbal communication
Can-do attitude
Desired
Ideally, good knowledge about derivative products
Knowledge about a banking organization, processes and IT landscape; ideally knowledge about INSIGHT and/or RDS
Good understanding of risk and finance functions within the financial sector
