BUSINESS ANALYST

1 PLUS YEAR CONTRACT

DESCRIPTION:

A senior level business analyst position in Network Services who will be responsible for business process support and documentation. This role will focus on clear communication, both written and verbal, agility in showing value in a changing environment and the ability to drive work in the face of obstacles.

IN ADDITION TO THE JOB DESCRIPTION PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

TOP 3-5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Data analysis and charting - ability to synthesize data into a story for management

2. Technical writing and documentation prep support - ability to clearly articulate status and consolidate department status information into focused reports

3. Audit projects for methodology compliance using PMO Guidelines - understanding of PMO Methodology and attention to detail advanced enough to audit the Project Manager deliverables

4. Assist in the resource forecast reporting for the Network Service Organization - ability to capture data from multiple sources and conduct data comparisons against forecast records

5. Communicate with both clients and our team regarding various procedures and compliance issues - ability to communicate with awareness, understanding how recipients will decipher messages

TOP 3-5 REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Demonstrated advanced use and experience with MS Excel and MS Word

2. Uses independent judgment to analyze the intake process to determine significant drivers and metrics in areas of work

3. Documentation (consistently clear, accurate)

4. Communication (consistently demonstrates advanced clear, articulate, concise; verbal and written)

5. Organization/Prioritization (consistently utilized and effective over own work)
