Business Analyst

This exciting role as a Business Analyst in the area of Private Banking gives you the opportunity to review project plans and coordinate the project activity, in a global Swiss Bank, based in Zürich.

The project

You will be responsible for the rollout of a business critical initiative here in Switzerland, the DPB toolbox. The rollout will include the amendment or replacement of Legacy applications as well of the infrastructure and then the migration for users. This will represent the new service delivery model, and will allow clients to have 24/7 access to information about their accounts, market insights and intelligence which will be personalised according to their needs. Importantly, it will allow clients to respond to the changing markets. This a high profile and exciting project to be involved in.

Your role

- Coordinate the regional development with the global DPB IAM (processes and tools)
- Collect, clarify and document the regional requirements
- Represent regional customers and ensure implementation of their requirements in global solution delivery project
- Support company's own application integration
- Definition and implementation of DPB features and rules
- Support the phased migration into the strategic solution
- Definition and implementation of tactical solutions and workarounds
- Adapt and implement the global TOM template
- support the organizational deployment

You

- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar
- Excellent knowledge of the following sectors: Banking, Financial Services
- Working experience in area of Private Bank is a big plus
- Experience Information Security (Identity and Access Management)
- Experience with both Scrum and Agile project methodologies are preferred
- Excellent stake holder management skills
- Good knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL
- Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of drawings and models
- Strong interpersonal skills including coaching and collaborating
- Used to work in an international and multicultural setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
