Projektbeschreibung
The role requires a person with Business analysis skills to work on an AIFMD (ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND MANAGERS DIRECTIVE) project which is a regulated requirement for Fund Managers.
At the moment the project is broken into 2 phases, which may overlap slightly.
- Phase 1 involves the development of a number of small changes (dockets) that should improve the AIFMD process in the short term. This phase is on-going and is in-hand but the candidate will be responsible for tracking progress and providing status reports on weekly/by-weekly basis. This should not take up a lot of time.
- Phase 2 revolves around reviewing the current process for AIFMD and implementing improvements to ensure that it run more effectively and smoothly in the future. Some amount of work has already been done on this in the way of analysis, recommendations etc but it all needs to be brought together now and seen to implementation.
The responsibilities of the role would be to improve oversight, provision of the detailed reports and to reduce the risk of not meeting regulatory deadlines.
Skill set of the ideal candidate would be:
- Good PM and BA skills
- Knowledge of Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Transfer Agency
- Knowledge of systems in use ie Fundmaster, MFGI, ICOn, INVES1
