Business Analyst

SUMMARY:
Support the Revenue Cycle team as part of a global Oracle R12 ERP implementation. Candidate will be a member of the business team partnered with the System Integrator. Subject areas the team is responsible for include: billing, receivables, credit management, channel revenue management, and accounting for these areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and optimization of the Oracle environment for the revenue cycle
Work on sub-track team, taking responsibility for various processes
Activities to include understanding proposed process flows and process design.
Work with the system integrator to confirm functional specifications properly reflect requirements
Assist development team in ensuring instances are complete with configurations, conversions and any related extensions.
Liaise with business teams regarding open items, test cycles coordination and defect resolution
Assist with conversion processing, data tie-out activities and business review
Assist with development of a training plan and associated materials
Assist with sub-ledger conversion, including data clean up analysis, tie-out process development and execution.
May be expected to perform duties other than those specified within this description

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT
2-5 years Experience with the Revenue Cycle either as a business user or IT Business Analyst
Knowledge and experience with Oracle Financial Modules
Prior Oracle implementation experience a plus
Must have excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
