3.4 Analyst (Senior and Junior)
Education
o University degree, in a relevant subject.
Knowledge and skills
o Ability to analyse document management and workflow requirements.
o Good English language skills (at least of level B2 in understanding and in speaking and in writing - level as described in Annex 5.10)
o Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment
Experience
o Senior: Minimum 5 years in IT, including 4 years working as an analyst in business and process analysis
Nature of the tasks
o Interview staff, management team and other stakeholders.
o Carrying out research and data collection and conduct analysis.
o Running focus groups and facilitating workshops.
o Preparing proposals/presentations.
o Preparing and documenting requirements specifications
o Analysis and authoring of requirements and design of new information systems.
o Data analysis, Datamodelling, document management workflow analysis, business analysis
o Cost/benefit analyses.
