Agile Business Analyst
Six month Contract
South Dublin
This major banking institution are now expanding their team at a rapid pace. As the Business Analyst you must have Agile and Scrum experience.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
* Support the team members in understanding the basic principles of Scrum
* Work with multiple product owners to write & develop clear, non-implementation specific epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Manage the product backlog for each workcell in conjunction with the Scrummaster and Product Owner
* Support the teams in release planning, sprint planning and daily stand-up's
* Communicate and manage blockers with the product owners
* Hands on experience of delivery using the Scrum Methodology (minimum 1 year).
* Experience of developing high quality user stories & acceptance criteria for multiple business processes having multiple product owners.
* Retail banking experience would be a plus.
