A Business Analyst is urgently required on site at a UK Retail Bank to deliver a new QC and QA Framework and design and deliver a new Strategy and Controls function. You will need People Change and Organisational Design experience within Banking to be successful in this role.
Key skills and experience:
People Change and Organisational Design experience
Track record of delivering QC and QA Frameworks as well as new Control functions
Strong Documentation skills including Project Plans and As-Is - To-Be models
Excellent Process Improvement skills
Experience within Credit Risk would be beneficial
This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to create a new function with one of the biggest Retail Banks with flexibility to work form alternative locations or from home on occasion.
