My client a nationwide high street bank is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Analyst to join the Bank's HR workstream in Edinburgh on an initial 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for MI reporting, data analysis, requirements development and solution assessment within the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, which forms part of the Banking Reform act which is currently undergoing consultation.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU;
* Extensive experience within the financial services
* Experience in working with HR policies and processes
* Strong ability to use a range of methods and analytical techniques.
* Excellent communication skills
