We are looking for a:
Business Analyst (m/f)
freelance/temporary employment for a project in the Central Switzerland/Swiss Plateau region

Your Duties:
- Analyze, transform and ultimately resolve the business problems with the help of technology
- Analyze the organization's need, assess and document its processes and systems, and help define the business model and its integration with technology
- Leverage appropriate cross-functional expertise from a team of architects, operations managers, strategists, business experts and IT leadership to develop accurate cost, resource and time estimates for both initial development and ongoing support for a proposed solution
- Assess and document requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and risks for potential solutions to technical and business issues for both new and previously established systems
Your Qualifications:
- Profound experience in IT services & operations and in-depth supervisory and project management experience in an international IT operations environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in a commercial function
- Experience consulting and working in a complex, global Matrix organization is preferred
- Demonstrated skills in documenting complex business requirements and translating them into investment proposals
- Demonstrated application experience in planning, evaluation and business case development
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer service fundamentals such as methods to solicit feedback, obtain requirements, weigh and prioritize their requirements, and differentiate between constituencies in a customer base
