A Global IT Consultancy has a new job opening for business analyst/process architect to start working on a site of pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland.
This is a 3 months contracting role with immediate start, which will most likely be extended till end of year. As a business analyst your main activities will be to build and wireframe processes, fill them and create documents out of it.
Mandatory skills/Experience:
*Experience in Pharmaceutical Sector
*ITIL, Service Design, Process Design specialist - experience in designing processes (while first collecting requirements), implementation, training and communication of the processes
*Advanced level of English language, both spoken and written
*Visio skills
*Certification in ITIL is advantage
*You will be open minded and dedicated to build something from scratch
*Roll-out of training and on-boarding are very useful as the Processes must be brought to the countries and other global teams
Additional skills/experience:
*Clarity know-how is an advantage as all project information is stored there
*SharePoint know how is an advantage
