For a project with our client in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a

Business Solutions Design Business Analyst

This is a 100% onsite opportunity
Our client has a task to migrate the existing ECC system to Simple Financials, and then to look for opportunities within the new architecture with business benefit, particularly in reporting/analytics. COPA is the core, and we probably have the largest COPA database on earth.

Tasks:

-Offshore development, "rolling up the sleeves" and be open to some 3rd level sustain work.
-Conceptualisation, Design, Document, Build
-Change Management Process
-Able to integrate with Costing & Financial Accounting
-Integration mind-set vital given the depth of this global implementation across all functional streams

Requirements:

-Successful experience of similar large scale projects with Matrix collaboration on a large scale
-Strong analytics systems background particularly BW and WEBI
-Candidate needs to be self-starter who will rapidly learn the new architecture and be able to conceptualise new possibilities.
-Be comfortable working with Offshore development and be open to some 3rd level sustain work.
-The candidate should enjoy collaborating and sharing within a strong core group of professional colleagues.
-Accountability and responsibility, but not a solo effort.
-Must also be a "finisher" and be able to adhere to compliance, change management and documentation.
