Business Analyst

My client is looking for a Business Analyst for a 1 year contract

Role:

- Perform the business analysis and detailing of requirement maintaining the overall vision in mind for all products within Candidate domain.
- Ensure relevant personnel within Solution Delivery Management clearly understand Business Customer requirements and the functional analysis so as to ensure they deliver the right solution
- Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.
- Manage the expectation of multiple stakeholders like architecture, procurement, legal and security teams with a strong and effective communication and reporting
- Management Responsibilities & Decision Power
- Recommend and suggest changes in Business Functional Requirements

Skills:

- Ability to explain ideas and technical terms clearly and concisely.
- Ability to challenge status quo and work on refining conceptual ideas.
- Keen eye and thorough in documenting and maintaining consistent standards in requirement gathering, analysis and design.
- English is mandatory
