Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst (BA) is the interface between Business stakeholders and IT.
(S)he plays a key role in the delivery of the projects and in the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
This role focuses on the analysis of the needs of the clients and the related communication between these clients and the IT Teams.
As a member of the Business Analyst team, your prime responsibilities include:
- to produce detailed business requirements:
o you understand the needs of the business (internal and external users)
o you analyze the impact and the risks of a new service development on the current business/system and are able to make the business aware of their own interests and the implications of their decision or request
o you identify, describe and validate business solutions to meet clients and end users requirements
o you pay attention to having the right trade-off between quality, cost and timeliness
- to facilitate communication between the business and the implementers of the solution (IT) during the project delivery phase
- to be involved in the testing of the designed solution:
o you define the scope of the testing
o you develop business test scenarios and review test cases prepared by testers
o you participate to the test execution handled by testers to ensure that requirements have been correctly implemented
o you provide support to the end-users during the User Acceptance Test (UAT)
YOUR PROFILE:
MANDATORY:
- Experience in the Asset Servicing domain is mandatory.
- Working knowledge on one or many of operational processes listed below is a must:
o Tax
o New Issues
o Income
o Corporate actions
- you have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- you are autonomous and organized
- you have good interpersonal skills: you can work in close collaboration with other parties involved in the project and build constructive relationships with all stakeholders, both inside and outside of the company(IT, PBA, Product, Operations, Commercial, Network, etc.). You are comfortable to organize/drive meetings with Senior people from Operations/Product/Network.
- you are flexible and can rapidly adapt in case of unexpected change of priority in your short-term planning
- you are able to deal with stress at peak moments
- you possess excellent communication skills: present information clearly and concisely (writing skills), keep people informed about projects status and issues, share knowledge and expertise with others
- you feel accountable for the work you and your team have to deliver
- language skills required: English
