Business Analyst

DESCRIPTION

- Assist with analysis of client data to provide actionable reports to management team.
- Supports and executes portions of a project plan under the supervision of a TMS or client resource.
- Conducts research to identify, clarify and/or validate key project information.
- Creatively responds to issues, changes and opportunities as well as communicates status of activities with the client.
- Establishes a positive, professional relationship with client and colleagues.
- Troubleshoots common client issues in a systematic manner and provides recommended corrective courses of action to address performance issues before problem escalation.
- Analyzes data to make appropriate observations and recommendations to management on operational performance, opportunities, management practices and emerging issues that could affect the business.
- Aids in identifying critical issues related to the project.
- Able to direct own work efforts with minimal supervision. Seeks opportunities to find new and improved means of satisfying the business/project needs.
