Business Analyst required to work in a busy, professional environment.
Business Analyst required to work alongside windows 7 project managers to assist with various client application and User-related analysis and investigation. The role will be varied and will require an experienced BA who can run with issues, deal with multiple Business and IT teams, analyze problems and work on own initiative.
Activities will vary throughout the project and will include:
- Rationalize applications and investigate applications for decommissioning
- Investigate and confirm application owners and determine status of each application: Owner, User, Location, Licensing, Warranty & Support
- Define and analyze the required build types per Business Unit/User ie the applications that each User needs at deployment
- Agree build types with User groups
- Liaise with 3rd party software vendors in relation to application queries, licensing, installation and packaging instructions.
- Analyze deployment groups for Windows 7 deployment ie groups of Users for migration
Contract role 5 days a week.
