Business Analyst

Will be part of the Corporate IT Digital Engagement Platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong BA or BTA skills
Verbal and written communication skills most important
Ability to engage with business partners and partnering agencies.
Someone who has the developer or systems admin knowledge but not actually coding or developing solutions.
Needs understanding of integration processes and be able to discuss across departments
3+ years exposure to website technologies (eg, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Exposure to HTML and JavaScript programming
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolves incidents of varying nature
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - need to work with project leads, business partners, agencies, vendors, suppliers and technology team members
Ability to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task effectively
Good documentation and follow thru on problems in addition to organization skills
Time management skills - proven ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

RECOMMEND SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Ability gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Experience with providing customer support and problem resolution
Experience with Content Management Systems experience - Adobe's Communiqué Content Management System a plus
Experience with Search Engine Optimization
Experience in the software development life cycle
2-5 years in similar BA role would be ideal
Exposure to digital marketing initiatives would be helpful
Adobe CQ, AEM - helpful
