For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a Business Analyst

Scope of work:
- Deliver a replacement for an aging system monitoring solution in the bank, spanning a 50,000+ server estate
- The solution must de-centralize resource monitoring with self-service empowerment for application and platform owners for threshold configuration and event routing.
- Scope of the project also includes the integration with Bank's strategic Event Management and Incident Management systems.
- Data feeds to performance and capacity management systems must be enhanced.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and plans requirements engineering activities, and support the project team in release planning.
- Elicit, analyze, document, support prioritization of, specify, manage and communicate requirements, describe processes and proposmprovements to them, ensure a common understanding between business/stakeholders and IT/Project.
- Minimize project implementation risks by delivering high quality requirement specifications.

Skills:
- Excellent MS Office skills. Experience in Requirement Management tools is beneficial (eg JIRA, HP-Quality Center).
- Must be Proactive, driven and energetic. Must possess high degree of flexibility with a "can do" attitude, and is able to work effectively with limited level of instruction and supervision.
- Must be able to work on multiple streams simultaneously: such as Resource Monitoring, Automation, Self-service and Migration.
- Must have experience of working with subject matter experts, and should be able to communicate effectively with vendor and in-house teams to streamline the solution delivery according to project requirements.
- Must have a fair understanding of IT infrastructure management and how IT systems are monitored. Prior experience in major monitoring products like CA-Nimsoft, BMC-Patrol or similar is beneficial.
- It is essential the candidate has a strong grasp of event management process, including collection of performance data/metrics and life cycle for date, events/alerts. The candidate should possess the technical skills (data analysis, process design) to be effective in this role for the transformation of the resource monitoring service as intended from this project. Good process background, with ITIL foundation is beneficial.
- Must be able to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artefacts.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is beneficial
