BUSINESS ANALYST

A Business Analyst with experience of working in the financial services sector is required to work on a 6 month contract for our prestigious financial services client based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS ANALYST CONTRACT ROLE

There are a number of Business Analysis opportunities available for candidates who have a solid background of working in this area within Financial Services.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST

- You will be a specialist in business analysis techniques and will deliver excellent quality, complex project artefacts in line with the Industry-wide standards
- You will conduct peer reviews of deliverables to ensure that quality standards are met on all outputs
- With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you should enjoy analysis and delivery, and have the ability to quickly develop an excellent understanding of business processes and needs
- You will be able to apply structured analysis expertise on business projects and work closely with stakeholders to shape and manage their expectations
- You should have the confidence to challenge appropriately, seek solutions to complex problems and to work collaboratively with all colleagues across the project life cycle
- Working on programmes you will resolve risks and issues and provide timely updates to project and programme managers and your leaders within the Analysis Practice
- Experience in engaging of internal customers (business area) on the refurbishment of an office area or tactical office moves to support a refurbishment.

The role is based in Swindon this is commutable from London, Berkshire, Hampshire, West Midlands and Gloucestershire
