Bank of America Merrill Lynch based in Dublin is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Capital Management division.
Enterprise Capital Management is a global function within Finance, to which is responsible for efficient and proactive management of economic and regulatory capital. The technology team that supports this function provides strategic solutions, and day-to-day support services for Business users based across Europe, America and Asia.
Key Skills required for a Business Analyst:
*Strong Business Analysis skills with a qualification in Programme/Project Management and processes (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
*Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
*Self motivated and excellent attention to detail.
*Experience in managing a service orientated organisation to meet the diverse requirements of multiple stakeholders.
*Industry knowledge; ideally within Regulatory Change, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Securities or equivalent.
*All round strong Business Analyst skill set (project life cycle)
*In-depth knowledge of delivering both Agile and Waterfall in a development capacity.
Responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
*Maintaining Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications in line with requirements.
*Ensure ongoing communications of all project governance with all relevant stakeholders.
*Independent assessment of project business cases and sign-off
*Managing expectations up and down the technology chain.
