Projektbeschreibung

Provide proposal management and coordination to the Sales and Account Management Teams resulting in deal velocity & seamless execution. Responsibilities may include setting up prospective customers, legal name verification, credit and contract requests, facilitation of LDC enrollment paperwork and data cleanup projects. Will have the ability and knowledge to work in markets across North America. This role is critical to the success of the National Accounts Team which looks to ensure long-standing continuation and expansion of relationship with accounts that represent the company's most valuable customers and prospects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Manage and perform work with the team to meet customer and sales team support requirements
- Liaise between sales and other functional departments (ie, Credit, Contracts, Operations, Legal, Supply, Accounting) to ensure proper communication throughout pre-sale contract cycle, sales campaigns and special projects
- Setup and accuracy of prospective customer including relationships between the existing meters, credit, contracting and nomination accounts
- Maintain data accuracy on any changes in customer data - ie, ownership changes
- Verification of customer's legal name thru the Secretary of State website
- Manage submission of credit requests and contract requests
- Manage the RFP Broker/Agent mailbox, if applicable, which includes prioritization and distribution of correspondence from Channel Partners
- Manage the setup of Broker compensation schedules, if applicable
- Prepare and distribute new customer welcome packets
- Coordinate the completion of LDC enrollment paperwork where customer signatures are required
- Assist in the resolution of customer telemetry issues as required
- Assist in data cleanup projects
- Produce customer reports
- Provide pricing to BDMs and Account Managers
- Ensure functional teams are aware of upcoming deals and their priority
- Attend Regional and National Account Team meetings
- Meet or exceed internal benchmarks to include, but not limited to - deal execution ratings and customer satisfaction ratings
- Special projects as-needed

SKILLS:

MINIMUM:

- Bachelors degree in a business, liberal arts or technical field (Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or related discipline) and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ plus years experience working with large commercial or industrial customers including experience in customer care, sales, marketing, operations, etc.
- 1+ plus years experience working in the energy sector preferred
- Demonstrated success in establishing relationships and networks
- Demonstrated ability to manage and provide service to internal customers
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment
- Great attitude
- Demonstrated success in working with colleagues to participate in teams
- Excellent ability to communicate and present to colleagues, customers and stakeholders
- Ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to fulfil assignments with minimal supervision
- Proficient with all MS Office software tools
- Attention to detail
- Good business judgment
- Travel as required
