Business approval for Personal Independence Payment phase 3 delivery is agreed and will deliver the following business benefits: a. Reduced administration costs/system automation enhancements / b. Improved customer service / c. Delivering Assessment Provider (AP) time savings. To realise the Business benefits further enhancements are required to the PIP CS and PIP AT IT applications. A Curam experienced resource with current PIP experience/knowledge is required to Assist delivery of PIP future Releases, delivery of release products: attending requirements workshops; and working with suppliers to deliver requirements for the definition, testing and delivery of release functionality
