The project will help to define and implement capacity management for the network, managed by a third party.
The scope of activities for this position includes business analysis, business process improvement, business process testing, non-functional needs analysis and an expertise in communications technologies and approaches specifically.
The person will need to deal with global stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-Experience in business analysis, business IT change management and IT project work.
-Has achieved proficiency in Business Analysis or gained business experience, including some management or professional responsibility.
-Has received training in Business Analysis techniques and business process redesign.

Travel: limited regional travel required

Technical Skills and Experience:

MANDATORY:
Business analysis, business requirements definition, business solution design, information flow and data structures, functional specification & acceptance criteria, and acceptance test plan and management.
Business Process Testing. Specifies, develops and reports test scenarios for new enhancements, projects.
Performs or facilitates change management communication to the user community on future IT solution changes for the above-mentioned projects.

Non Functional Needs Analysis.
-Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate and model the non-requirements of system users, using methodical and consistent tools, methods, and techniques.
-Takes account of security, capacity, operational, technical and support issues, and tests feasibility and likely cost of meeting perceived requirements.
-Documents all work using the required standards, methods, and tools.

Soft skills:
-fluent in English (speech and writing)
-has worked in a virtual environment
