Business Analyst

As the successful Business Analyst your main duties and responsibilities will be to analyse business change initiatives; Work with business change owners to gather, develop and document process maps and requirements; Producing "as is" and "to be" business process maps; Work with business change owners and IT suppliers (where required) to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and necessary information is available; Issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders

As a minimum you must have experience in Web serving messaging and have Technology business analyst knowledge

For this role you will need the following:

- Significant experience of the systems development life cycle for medium to large size projects
- Expertise in working with stakeholders to specify and document complex systems requirements
- Ability to work with technical staff to deliver changes to systems
- Ability to manage user acceptance testing for changes to complex processes and systems.
- Significant experience of complex business process redesign
- Expertise in working with stakeholders to understand and document business process
- Ability to analyse and redesign complex business processes.
- Ability to organise, plan and prioritise both their own and others' work.
- Proven ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Demonstrate a high level of analytical thinking: must show a logical and systematic approach to solving problems.
- Demonstrate tenacity: must be able to track issues and stick with them until they're resolved.
- Ability to produce clear, concise communications about complex issues - both written and oral.
- Significant experience of business analysis

- Analysis and requirements for change to donation web platform will also be undertaken in this role.
