For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Business Analyst and Engineering:
Start: 4.8.2014
End: 31.01.2015
Location: Zürich
An interesting role to liaise with business and technical team members in order to determine the solutions to business needs in a dynamic environment within investment banking.
Responsibilities:
Analyse, design, test and support the implementation of technical solutions that address the changing functional requirements of the IRD's and FX/PM options business on a middle-Back Office related Murex platform. Analysis, incident resolution and consulting tasks. Involvement in 3rd level support for production issues.
Key Skills:
- Degree in Information Technology and/or Business Economics or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a similar role within a large financial institution in a trading/Back Office environment
- Drive, pro-active work approach and good communication skills
- Solid knowledge of treasury or FX Back Office processing, focusing on OTC derivatives for FX and PM products as well as for IRD's and the MUREX (processing) platform.
- Computer literacy and an interest in technical innovations (knowledge of XML (FPML) and SQL is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English, German would be an additional advantage
