Projektbeschreibung
Business Analyst x 2 required to work for a specialist cloud software development company with their client in Mumbai.
You will have extensive experience of engineering customer workflow processes within a Telecoms environment across a web or contact centre or branch network. Full end to end experience required, Experience of eTOM business process framework would be advantageous.
The project would see you located both in Mumbai (6 weeks at a time) and home based or Glasgow office (2 weeks). You must be willing and able to commit to this travel.
