Business Analyst

My client is looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with strong General Insurance experience to take up a contract in the CBD of Sydney

The successful applicant will be required to:

- Act effectively as an intermediary between the business and IT stakeholders
- Elicit quality requirements and translate these into functional specifications
- Actively participate in the project life cycle and work closely with a variety of stakeholders
- Conduct peer reviews of other BA documentation
- Support the business change lead in change management meetings, documentation and processes
- Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of project deliverables

To be selected for the role you must have:

- Industry knowledge (General Insurance)
- Regulation Change experience
- Experience working on the regulatory changes and their impacts on IT Systems
- Strong Business Analyst Experience
- Experience with SDLC methodologies
- Understanding of Project Management Methodologies
- Ability to elicit requirements, analyse and interpret these into documentation
- Excellent time management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management skills
