Business Analyst

Facilitate a global team of manufacturing site representatives responsible for confirming company Microbial Environmental Controls functionality in SAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Confirm global business process requirements are consistent across plants for Microbial Environmental Controls testing in alignment with cGMP
- Ensure global Microbial Environmental Controls reports created within SAP are standardized across the company
- Work to harmonize Microbial Environmental Controls testing, reporting, track and trend process' impacting SAP template, based upon GMP requirements vs. Legacy or site specific approaches to avoid SAP customizations.
- Facilitate the identification and execution of user acceptance test scenarios.
- Create/modify procedures as appropriate to facilitate SAP Microbial Environmental Controls testing globally for the company
- Provide input to and review related training documentation.
- Serve as plant data conversion coordinator to ensure plant data (sample points, definitions and syntax) aligns with corporate SAP Microbial Environmental Controls template
- Provide initial plant level training prior to go live
- Serve as on-site SME for Microbial Environmental Controls at site go live to ensure successful transition from Legacy to SAP Microbial Environmental Controls

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS

- Microbial Environmental Controls: Understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control in a pharmaceutical environment. Experience with Microbial Environmental Controls testing.
- Experience with SAP QM is a plus.
- Business Systems Consulting and/or Project Management.
- Virtual team facilitation.
- Meeting facilitation including agenda development, meeting minutes, action item management.
- Management reporting.
