Business Analyst

We currently have 2 Business Analyst positions available for an initial 6 month contract based at Campbelltown & Richmond locations!

The ideal candidates will possess a proven background in Business, Data, and Reporting Analysis, particularly in projects involving business process re-engineering, organisational re-design or business transformation within large commercial or government organisations.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Work with various vital project teams to deliver expertise in ensuring robust and professional business, reporting and preparation of test scripts throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify, conducting workshops and interviews where appropriate, document and analyse the organisation's business requirements in terms of the various projects.
- Ensure business requirements are well documented and traceable from development through to reporting, testing and ultimately training in the use of the project's deliverables.
- Capture all needed data to support the successful delivery of the project and ensuring the data is effectively stored, mastered, analysed & cleansed
- 7+ years demonstrated experience within Business Analysis
- ITIL & Prince2 certifications highly desirable
- Experience and/or training in Process Re-Engineering is desirable
- Relevant business analysis qualifications are highly desirable as is experience with Use Cases
- ServiceNow highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder skills & able to deal with all levels of the business
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentational)
- Government experience highly regarded
