An excellent opportunity exists for a Business Analyst for coordination of requirements and specifications gathering activities for new business model evolving with my client. This role demands extensive liaison with business stakeholders and coordination of collecting inputs from multiple cross-functional business teams and/or third parties. You will be reporting to Program Manager and work as part of a project team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordination of requirement and specification gathering activities - eg running the workshops in collaborative teams and with stakeholders
- Documentation of new business processes & business rules. Analyse and map business processes - existing and future
- Identify impacts of new development on existing system
- Define required business requirements
- Collaborate with development team (PMs, Developers, Testers etc) in Solution Building
- Provide support to development team and business through the implementation process

You will have:

- STRONG BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS CAPABILITY
- HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN REQUIREMENTS GATHERING FOR LARGE, COMPLEX PROJECTS
- DEMONSTRABLE STRENGTH IN REQUIREMENTS DEVELOPMENT & DOCUMENTATION
- DEMONSTRABLE STRENGTH IN WORKSHOP FACILITATION
- STRUCTURED APPROACH IN PREPARING SPECIFICATIONS
- UNDERSTANDING OF WEB AND GENERAL IT SYSTEMS SUPPORTING BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- EXPERIENCE IN TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE OF BUSINESS
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKSHOP STORYBOARDING
- EXPERIENCE IN UML
