Business Analyst

This position will be responsible for participating in the development and implementation of a performance management system as well as performing various routine data and reporting requirements as assigned. Works with other Business Analysts to understand relationships between organizational structures and performance data in order to construct hierarchies, develop reports and data transfer routines. Would need to work closely with different stakeholders to understand requirements and implement the solutions in the developed system and for any other data/reporting related work assigned.

SKILLS:

Need to have a 4 year Degree in Business, but a 2 year Degree is acceptable for the right candidate.

- Years Experience: 3-5 years
- Knowledge of performance measurement philosophies required
- Extensive use of moderate-to-advanced Excel required
- Proficiency in working with numbers and mathematical competency is required.
- Must have work experience in maintaining and enhancing any of the popular Business Intelligence Scorecard tools.
- Experience in Actuate BIRT and PBViews is a plus, not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good problem solving skills. Ability to think logically.
- Ability to work in a team environment with flexibility and adaptability.
- Experience in VBA, MS Access, database connectivity is a plus.
