Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company and is currently looking for a Business Analyst to give support to the Portfolio Management department. The Porftolio Analyst will be involved in several projects.
Location: Walloon Brabant
Duration: 6 months
Scope of work:
Project management, analysis & support for Portfolio analysis. As Project Manager, coordinate the work stream Competitive Portfolio Analysis, eg meeting organisation, preparation, co-facilitate, meeting minutes, actions & follow up. As analyst, become the 'pipeline' competitive information specialist.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
o Data update in 'database' using external & internal sources for specific identified data
o On various pipeline subjects, data gathering from various internal & external sources (internal documentation, Competitive intelligence databases, competitors annual reports)
o Data analysis (excel pivot tables, charts)
o Data & conclusion presentation (Powerpoint format)
o Knowledge Network development Project management, analysispreparing workshops, preparing documentation for meetings/workshops (slides, data presentation in excel format/graphs, meeting minutes, consolidation of data)
Requirements.
University degree, preferably Business/General Management or Scientific education (not mandatory) with MBA. Good Office proficiency. Business acumen (general management). Considerable experience (Senior profile). Project Management. Pharma experience (not mandatory). Ability to work independently and to take initiatives. Ability to work with different people. Good communication skills
