Additional skills and experience required: 

The Organ Donation and Transplantation Directorate have an ambitious new strategy to deliver and a business analyst is required to support the delivery of a key part of this strategy. You will be able to demonstrate your considerable skill and expertise in business analysis and continuous improvement processes and methods. Experience of working on organisational change programmes is essential as you will work to assess workforce requirements and identify and prioritise workforce solutions that will improve the delivery of the service. You may also be expected to develop components of new Target Operating Models including business processes, roles, organisation structures, funding models etc. It is a given that you will be a skilled facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills.
