My client, a reputable Asset Management organisation based in the City of London are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. The Business Analyst will be required to work within a small team, conducting ground level and holistic business requirements across a broad range of change programmes.

This role requires expertise solely from a Transformation and Change background and it is an exciting chance to join one of Europe's largest and most prestigious Asset Management organisations.

Please note a minimum of 3-4 years' recent experience in Asset or Investment management is essential

The Business Analyst will sit on the retail side of the business and be responsible for the process mapping, requirement documents, process re-engineering within change programmes such as:

- Product Transformation/Development
- Operational Change
- System upgrades and IT transformation
- Re organisational change
- Regulatory Change 

The candidates will be required to have the following expertise and skills:

- Minimum of 3-4 years' recent, continuous experience in Asset or Investment management (MUST)
- 4-6 years Business Analyst expertise
- Must have worked within a multiple Projects or a large scale programme arena
- Must have expertise in some of the above programme types
- Be comfortable in demonstrating expertise working with AS-IS TO-BE, process reengineering and process mapping techniques
- Preferable experience of mentoring of junior staff
- 3rd party vendor management
