ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for Change management/Business Analysis - for new business requirements/new instruments/change of process/change of downstream feeds, etc
- To lead a team of 2-3 members or could be an individual contributor role
- Responsible for planning and execution of knowledge transfer (relating to re-badging) within timelines.
- To maintain excellent relationship with client/retained organisation
- To be the point person/contact for client's internal business units for new requirements; analysis; to work with technology teams for project planning and execution
- To communicate and engage effectively between client/retained and offshore teams
- To proactively identify new business requirements, issues and challenges - industry, business, process and work with
- To lead operations for transformation, in collaboration with Ops Lead
- Work closely with retained organisation, off-shore team and Transformation team to achieve objectives;
- Identify critical resources for testing, etc; plan for effective delivery between Target operating model operations and transformation
- Member of Global Operations Leadership/Management team

PROFILE OF CANDIDATE

- Senior Leadership role (lead of a team of 2-3 people or individual contributor role)
- Germanknowledge of industry trends/issues required
- Leadership experience (people management) is desirable; excellent social skills
- Experience in capital market, investment banking, wealth management domain, data vendors; with specific experience in similar role in reference data
- Experience in working with third party service providers desirable
- Experience in Straight through processing initiatives in reference data domain will be of great advantage
- Hands on knowledge of data vendors required
- Working knowledge/experience - committees with data vendors, data management councils
