Business Analyst

Coordinate and facilitate system requests. Clarify requirements with functional leaders and work groups. Coordinate testing efforts with Information Technology (IT) and functional leaders. Finalize implementation details and gain user acceptance of system request.

- Serve as a business resource for IT and income stream leaders. Act as a resource for IT to clarify business needs and prioritize system requests. Coordinate business needs with income stream leaders to address long term system and resource needs.
- Develop reportsmay contribute to planning, work scheduling and minor decision-making regarding work methods. May provide feedback on team member/co-worker performance to immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED MINIMAL EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service Processes/Relationships (3+ years)
- User training; systems support development (3+ years)
- Information Technology Experience (5+ years)

EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Area of Study: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related discipline. SKILLS
