BA ANALYST ROLE

OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY WITH OPERATIONS IN LEIXLIP CO, KILDARE. THEY PRESENTLY SEEK AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS ANALYST WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO JOIN THEIR TEAM WORKING WITH A GLOBAL TEAM ON VARIOUS LARGE SCALE IT PROJECTS. THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION.

- 5 Years+ experience in a Business/IT Analyst role.
- Strong technical writing ability - functional specs, use cases and test cases.
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Experience in business process design.
- Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Bachelors Degree in IT/Computer Science/Business or similar desirable.
- Project management qualifications: (PMI certification desired).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team building skills and influence skills.
- Expert on the IT process (SDD process).
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multi-task
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects with different timelines.
- Ability to facilitate effective decisions.
- Management skills and organization skills.
- Strong ability to manage "virtual teams".
- Time Management skills.
- Experience working in the Financial services area.
- Experience working in a large global organization.
- Experience working within Microsoft .net development environment.
