SEC Recruitment is looking for a Business Analyst to join a competitive and dynamic manufacturer based in Clermont-Ferrand, France.
Your main responsibility will be to ensure the functional development of Chorus BI projects, in an Agile environment, dedicated to an HR division:
Configuration of modules: Workforce Admin (Personnal Data, Job, Contract, benefits), Expat, Position management, Training, Compensation and eServices
Definition of users profiles
Definition of roles and permission list for access to data (in OBI)
Creation of database in SQL
Application Designer and Configuration PeopleSoft IHM
Required:
Experience of 3/4 years in modules developments within HR environment
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle
Strong knowledge of SQL, Database queries
French and English are mandatory
