We are seeking a BUSINESS ANALYST who will be required to understand current business problems, capture business requirements, document functional and technical specifications and work collaboratively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop plans to implement short-term and longer-term improvements for Records Management.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Management of end-to-end solution development and delivery processes including scoping, analysing, documenting, communicating and managing the design, implementation and user acceptance testing.
- Systems analysis activities including writing analysis of current systems, reports to senior management and systems requirements specifications and information architecture documents.

The contract is scheduled to commence ASAP UNTIL 31 AUGUST 2013. You must be an Australian citizen and be capable of obtaining a security clearance to Negative Vetting Level 1.
