Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS ANALYST to join our client in Norcross, GA.

JOB OVERVIEW:
This Business Analyst position is responsible for developing and managing the Interactive experience and serve as an active member of the agile development team supporting Product Management. The objectives of this position are to convert traffic coming to the site into leads and to build brand. General job responsibilities include supporting the Interactive strategy and site functionality, consumer marketing and associated research, internal communications, project management and analysis, managing implementation and support team/processes so that consumers have a clear and consistent perception of value.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop software via an agile process and serve as a team product owner
- Identify customer needs develop and execute product strategies based on these needs
- Assist with the management of website assure that web strategy is consistent with overall brand positioning
- Support sales team through product development
- Assist in developing training materials for field sales
- Guide and conduct market research as directed by Product Managers
- Assist in identification of market trends, audience and competitors to help refine product and brand positioning
- Create user stories based on direction from Product Managers and Product Roadmap
- Manage acceptance process for Product for stories in the current sprint, working with the Product Managers to insure needs of the business have been met
- Complete research as directed by Product Managers
- Maintain good working relationships with co-workers
- Provide and distribute accurate and timely information

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related area.
- Minimum of one to two (1-2) years interactive online experience.
- Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and prioritize product enhancements that support strategic objectives with minimal direction.
- Ability to combine an understanding of the business needs with the appropriate technology solution in order to deliver the right user experience.
- Strong customer focus, including the ability to think in terms of the customer experience/perspective.
- Ability to communicate effectively and cultivate working relationships with clients, vendors, team members within and across job functions.
- Strong product and project management skills.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to sell ideas and influence decision making.
- Knowledge of good Front End functionality and user experience.

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Experience in B2B E-commerce is a plus.
- Work experience with a technology or Internet company is preferred.
- Work experience with Agile development is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and strong communication skills is desired.
