Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced BUSINESS ANALYST to undertake the analysis, selection, development and delivery of integrated solutions for complex systems.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications of business processes and solutions using context diagrams, use case and process models
- Workshop facilitation to develop user requirements
- Communicate with system developers and assist in the evaluation of proposed system solutions
- Review and analyse business processes and re-engineer to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Document the business user requirements for new or changed business processes and software systems to integrate into RFP/Tender document

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst developing business requirements from abstract briefs and preparing functional/non-functional specifications with complex/large information systems
- Experience with incorporating functional/non-functional requirements into Tender/RFP documents
- Experience in BPMN, Visio or System Architect
- Proven experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
- High level communication skills with the ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
