Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a BUSINESS ANALYST to be responsible for reviewing current state business processes, work instruction documentation, To Be process designs, system functional designs and designing a range of "To Be" work instructions which integrate into training materials and support adoption and usage of the overall solution.

You will be engaging with relevant business stakeholders and senior executives and presenting to high quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Research, gather and verify document work instructions, operation manuals, user support documentation or any other reference documentation as required.
- Translate process design, policies and business rules, impact assessments, technical and system reference documents into technical documents.
- Prepares reports, briefings and options papers that analyses issues identified, assesses options or provides recommendations for management consideration.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst with mapping and documentation experience.
- Proven experience in the development of work instructions and operational reference guides to high professional standards.
- Proven experience in translating complex process, technical/system based concepts into a language accessible to non-technical readers.
- Demonstrated experience in research and analysis; demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in work produced.
- Proven capacity to write effective business documentation, including reports, briefings, presentations together with the ability to effectively verbally communicate the key ideas presented in the documentation.

Furthermore, you will have a VERY HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL, excellent WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, strong RELATIONSHIP BUILDING SKILLS, the ability to HIT THE GROUND RUNNING and apply DIPLOMACY and DISCRETION to the work place.
