Business Analyst

An experienced BUSINESS ANALYST is required to work in a complex project environment. You will need the need to deliver high quality outcomes within both resource and time constraints, balancing competing priorities and demands of key stakeholders.

REPORTING TO THE TRANSITION PROGRAM MANAGER YOU WILL:

- Investigate and model business functions, processes and policy related deliverables
- Gather requirements and identify available options
- Provide strategic decision-making and planning support to the department through policy, business impact and financial analysis
- Support achievement of work-stream deliverables through organising meetings/workshops and developing options papers, reports and process maps

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Stakeholder management experience across multiple organisations, particularly in the context of organisational change
- Experience with Process Design, Development and Improvement Methodology
- The ability to identify, develop and document business policies
- High level documentation skills in the form of reports, briefings, presentations and options papers
- Excellent communications skills to engage with key stakeholders and convey complex concepts succinctly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
