Senior Business Analyst Retail LONDON £50k + (+£60k total)

Large Fashion Retailer are looking for a senior business analyst to deliver a consistent, clear and detailed set of system requirements for Information Systems projects an programmes to analyse and document business requirements for key processes and to produce clear, accurate, agreed documentation of the required processes.

Essential

Experience of Retail environment and its process

Minimum of 5 + years in a business analyst role

Experience of B2C Customer-facing processes (e.g. Customer Service, Sales Ordering, etc.)

CRM and Customer satisfaction experience

Be able to take a business problem, build the requirement, complete all the processes straight through to the RFP

End to end experience of the solutions development lifecycle
