My client, a Public Sector Organisation based in the South East of England has a requirement for an IT Business Analyst who will have responsibility for identifying, analysing and documenting business issues and processes. The Business Analyst must identify areas of workflow improvement and potential solutions to meet business requirements.

The client-facing Business Analyst must have a substantial track record with user engagement across both the Public and Private Sectors. This includes:

- Working in close consultation with business areas to analyse and define new business requirements and their supporting business case justifications.
- Defining functional specifications for new business requirements

The successful Business Analyst will have:

- Previously worked on at least one large scale CRM Project
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal and external)
- Held a previous contract in a Higher Education Institution or similar

RATE: £320 - £340 per day

START: ASAP (January 2013)

LOCATION: SouthWest England

CONTRACT: 2 months with strong potential to extend
