REQUIREMENTS:

Summary 
Support the build out of the SRM Program infrastructure - ie supplier portal, internal sharepoint database, program scorecard, pipeline scorecard by supplier/supply base, etc.
Provide business analysis support for the idea evaluation process as well the idea implementation process for all approved innovations/ideas - includes vetting impact to patient care/outcomes, cost reduction and alignment to KP Compass
Support all the program office governance activities including but not limited to communications, agendas/meetings, ops reviews, process improvement, process management, etc.
Support all other program office/business data and opportunity analysis requirements

Essential Functions
Provide business analysis and project support for the ops review, process management, process improvement, supplier innovation evaluation and supplier innovation implementation processes - to include SRM supplier innovation evaluation, tracking and implementation, Ops Review 4 blockers, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, process maps, pareto and root cause analysis. Understands functional area business processes and is able to participate in the analysis of client requirements for process and project initiatives. Participates in the assessment of scope and impact of client business needs as well as business cases for project funding and scope decisions. Participates in workflow, process diagram and gap analysis. Provide SRM program management support of all governance and process foundational activities for both and supplier cross functional processes, building relationships and networks with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Minimum Education
Bachelor Degree Required. Preferred major - Information Technology or Business.

Minimum Work Experience
5 years of analytical experience within a large organizational setting, program development/program management/project management experience, hands on healthcare experience with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program development and deployment, SRM business and best practice analysis, support of process management, process improvement and operational reviews/dashboard program development and deployment, data base development and administration
Participate/support the build out of the SRM program office infrastructure requirements and assist with foundational innovation, best practice research, internal assessment, supplier assessment, project management and benchmarking activities across the Med, Non-Med, NFS and IT scope.
